Our approach
Created in 2021 amid increasing development pressure within and around Sherbourne village, Sherbourne RA aims to safeguard the unique heritage of the village, preserve its natural environment and abundant wildlife, and represent the interests of homeowners in order to maintain balance between the interests of the surrounding estate, other parties, and private residents.
The committee is focused on issues of planning – both commercial and residential, and matters that affect our environment and wellbeing, such as, but not limited to, air quality, large scale events, noise pollution and anti-social behaviour.

“The village of Sherbourne has been selected as a place with special characteristics worthy of designation as a Conservation Area.
The maintenance of the character of this area is an important working partnership between those who live in the Conservation Area, the Parish Council and the District Council, with a view to householders and visitors to the village enjoying its special characteristics”
— Warwick District Council
